Analyst
Elle brings a multidisciplinary background in engineering, business development, and early-stage investing to the Fulcrum Global Capital team.
Prior to joining FGC, Elle worked as an associate at University Venture Fund Crossroads, where she led deal sourcing and implemented an initial screening process to improve pipeline efficiency. She worked closely with pre-seed and seed-stage startups across the Midwest, presenting investment recommendations to the firm’s investment committee and fostering relationships with founders.
Elle also held business and product-focused internships at Textron Aviation and Particle Space. At Textron, she supported the eCommerce division by building customer-facing landing pages and enhancing digital workflows. At Particle Space, a proptech startup, she contributed to business development efforts and explored market expansion opportunities. These roles, coupled with her engineering foundation, give Elle a unique perspective on both the technical and commercial viability of emerging technologies.
Elle is a graduate of the University of Kansas, where she earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in business. Elle is passionate about supporting innovation in rural communities and helping agricultural producers adopt scalable, tech-enabled solutions. She is excited to be part of a team focused on transforming the future of food and agriculture.
In her free time, Elle enjoys lifting, hiking with her fiancé, and watching murder-mystery movies.
